We should be able to add or remove reviewers in an issue transmittal in PW Explorer or PW WEb environment. Currently, we need to recall a transmittal and issue a new one to make these changes and add new reviewers.

Practical use of functionality?
Allowing the addition or removal of reviewers in an issued transmittal would significantly enhance flexibility and efficiency in the review process. This functionality would enable administrators to adapt to changes in project requirements or team composition without disrupting the workflow. Example Scenario: Imagine a scenario where a project is underway, and a transmittal has been issued to ten reviewers. Midway through the review process, a new subject matter expert (SME) joins the team, and their input becomes crucial for the deliverable. Currently, to include this new SME, the transmittal must be recalled, and a new one issued, causing delays and additional administrative work. With the proposed functionality, the administrator could simply add the new SME to the existing transmittal, ensuring their review is included without disrupting the ongoing process. Similarly, if a reviewer is no longer available or relevant to the review, they could be removed without needing to recall the transmittal. This enhancement would streamline the review process, reduce administrative overhead, and improve the overall efficiency and responsiveness of the project management workflow. |
