better situation awarness

As we have more complexe projects that are linked to sub-project to add external organisations. We also have sub-projects being sub to other sub-project, which create a multi levels project. We are in need to know who belong to which project. This is espacially true for the distribution matrix

Practical use of functionality?

One simple example, we remove, add or demobilize a user from one or mulitple project.

The distribution matrix flag an error and we need to fins the source. In one case a user was add by mistake to a sub-project
What is the impact of not doing this?

Unexpect error show up , which trigger investigation.


Investigation that could be avoid if from the original action we could have better situation awarness of the action being perform ( like adding a user to sub-project).

The onboarding team is not always fully aware of the impact on the configuration.

Which raised the question to user role or group in the distribution matrix when it is possible
