Practical use of functionality?

A document start from EJV send for review and and we visualize the exhange require to get a version of the document that can be sent to the client.

This will also allow us to pass the same transmisison number between a multi stage ( gate) approval.

What is the impact of not doing this?

The producton team is looking at a visual way to understand where a document/transmision stand inside a process.

A kind of "Transmission GPS" in the same idea we can track our positon on a map between point A and point F
