When we send a communication to several people and we need to propagate the comment we have to cut and paste.
Yes general comment could be used, however we have times we need to add extra information for individuals: Like a folder name or an access code
We may ask few individual to confirm with their team lead and the team lead is required to respond.
Same for Ack and RESP.
Sometime it is easier to deselect all and select a few or vice versa
Could you provide us an example of what information you usually enter as a comment for each recipient? Why does in need to be repeated for everyone?
If the comment is repetitive for all recipient could that information be filled into general comment field for the whole package once?
