RFI is not populating in ProjectWise Insights (Dashboard)

We are not able to capture RFIs inside ProjectWise Insights. Not sure why, We understand that it's only capturing ProjectWise Transmittals and Submittals

    Even GC (General Correspondence) & other additional configured categories can't be configured in PW Project insights services.
