Expose Distribution Matrix to the front end interface

1- Expose the the distribution matrix to the front end interface so any project's participants could create a more complex transmission without the need to ask a DM administrator to input transmission details to the Distribution matrix.

2- Allow more than two levels of reviewer. Often we need to have a master reviewer that require two to three teams of reviewers, each team being lead by another master reviewer.

3- The master reviewer could be a single user however the additional reviewers that report to the master reviewer could be a group of participants (role or group). As such we should be able , in the definition of the transmission, to define group and/or roles and/or individual

Practical use of functionality?

Reduce the load on the DM administrator to maintain the distribution matrix.

What is the impact of not doing this?

This will help reduce the load on the DM administrator

Group and role allow for participants to change and maintain teh integrity of the definition of the Transmission.

Allo more complexe review and more control to the review process

Also when we send a transmission,

The master reviewer( receiving end ) need to have the possibility to access a distribution matrix to assign his reviewer and additional reviewer

From a presentation showing an early preview of PW 2023

We can see that ProjectWise Manage Portfolio based on BCDE technology seem to play a bigger role. Inside PWMP, their seem to have tools that could help PWDM achieve the above.

Wonder to which extend PWMP could merge with PWDM (or vice versa) to help deploy the above request and more
