To get the shortest path as possible we would like to use the Projet Number. However this does not give enough details.

As such the display on the PW drive on the user PC should be Project number- the name

Example a corporate setup will give this:

For the physical location of the PW Drive cache

c:\PWDrive\Projet #

But the user will visually see Project#-Title ( attach picture )

Another option would be, when we configure a project we would have, which would give us the flexibility to have more control on the PW Dive Path

PW Drive Title

This way the PW Cache location would be

c:\PWDrive\PW Drive title

An perhaps the ultimately option, since this change may occur later, each project should have it's own individual PW Drive Chace define at the project level.

This way if changes occur, we can preserve legacy and make sure if we create link between documents, example between two excel sheet, then we will preserve those links in the future.
