User is requesting to add check out option for xmind file type & PowerPDF application.

With current PW Drive versions,

• User don't get the checkout option on Xmind if open with Xmind application (modify file and when he saves, the icon check out appears and disappears.

• User don't get the checkout option on PDF if open with PowerPDF instead Acrobat
