When PW Web users click on a URN link, they see the message: “You’ll need a new app to open this PW link.”

However, when PW Web users click on a PWE Get Link, they first see the window which states File Opening in ProjectWise Explorer but when they click on “Open in ProjectWise Explorer”, nothing happens.

For consistency, we suggest requesting Bentley to display the same message—“You’ll need a new app to open this PW link”—when users click on a PWE Get Link.
