We propose implementing a feature to disable version renaming capabilities in the system. Currently, users can manually rename document versions, which leads to several issues:
Version numbers no longer reflect the actual sequence of creation
Document control becomes difficult to maintain
Version history becomes unreliable and confusing
Risk of human error in version management increases
