Add refresh request to the code of the Project Insights connector to make Oauth2 work

Hi, Current Project Insights PBI connector works but cannot be refreshed automatically in Powerbi service. I believe adding a refresh request to the code may solve this. I hope this will be fixed soon Thanks,
