    Display the latest avaliable version

    It is either see all versions or just see latest version. When I dont have any access to files in state 1 the problem for me will always be that i cant see the latest avaliable version since its not the latest version (the state 1 file is).

    Add the option to automaticaly create version, to have this ON by default (user pref)

    Like the check-in windows where there is a check box to create versions, there should be an option (user setting) to have this ON by default.
