Add the ability to create issues and Saved Views in the "2D Views" content in Design Review.
Having the Saved View and Issue functionality with the 2D Views section will allow consistency with how users and reviewers communicate from the model and 2D content.

Data upload tool should support Integrated Windows Authentication
At present, the data upload tool only supports connecting to the ProjectWise SQL Server using SQL Server Authentication. Requesting support for connecting using Integrated Windows Authentication to eliminate the need for using SQL accounts.
