We are using the Issue resolution module.My idea, please add an option to auto close an Issue when the Due Date is reached.Also make it possible to show meta data of the document on the Issue form.

In the issues grid at the bottom of the Issues Resolution page, have a toggle to automatically hide closed issues for all users.
