Request is to apply a standard for dropdownlist through the whole BIC interface

Example given with pWDM, but can apply to any other sevices

We endup with classification list fo 100 item.

When we try to select, we have to scroll the whole list to fond our entry.

The standard behaviour for drop downlist should be:

• Select the field

• Type a tring

• List get filter based on the enter string

• user select the the netry
  

Also for any dropdown list, we should have the possibility to export/import element into the list
