Internal user invited their vendor as external organization, and created new transmittal to vendor. When they selected the recipients, the external organization's company name will also use the name of internal company. And recipients' title are all "Project Manager". This is inconvenient for user to identify different roles from different organizations. If the user can edit it or hide some columns would be great.
