While you can sort of create a link to a document with a shortcut file, it still checks the shortcut file out and then has to check it back in. It would also be ideal if it could link files between datasources.

It is currently not possible to limit the download or the amount of MB of a download through permissions and even through the ProjectWise GUI, nor can we trigger alarms or notifications in this regard.
Please update the Local Document Organizer so you can open files that you have already checked out. i bounce around many projects at the same time so if i could use the LDO to open a previously open file it would save me time.
