Enhancement to ProjectWise to include Records Retention and Management
ProjectWise functions great as a Document Management and application integration tool. Should take the next step to enable more of a Records Retention and Management functionality. Could be configured with companies retention and archival policy.
We would like to have the ability to assign a version at the folder level so that all documents under the folder where they reside will have the same version. This would allow us to version a set of documents that are intertwined.
Having the CONNECTION Client identify new version releases of PWD as with other installed applications would be useful. Deliverables Management & View are notified, is there a reason why PWD could not be incorporated?

Acknowledgement email notification toggle off or on
Can we have the ability to turn off email notifications if a user never acknowledges a GC, RFI or Transmittal? Or can we adjust the GC, RFI or Transmittal to no longer require a users to acknowledge?
Replicate "Add Comment" function from ProjectWise Explorer
The "add comment" in conjunction with the workflow completes our QA process and audit trail. Without this in the web, we cannot completely switch off PWE for approvers.
