External Participant profile edition

For Deliverables management, we are redirect to the external participant list. Once there we cannot edit their profile. Request is to allow full profile to fill as many details as need to allow us to manage externals.

Expose additional reviewer

As of today we can see the additional reviewer and the one send for information only from the transmission history Request by the production team is to expose the those names to the front end and be bale to select which column to display.

Filtering issues

Purge Non-PW files from working directories

When files are deleted/renamed, they are not always deleted from the working directories. There needs to be something that will clean up the working directories so that only those files registered in PW remain.
