Assign multiple reviewers to a review session, allow them to approve and markup in parallel. Identify which reviewers have approved and which haven't with audit report.
if we go to co-authoring for example where multiple persons have opened the document both from QA Team and from PM/PA are reviewing it but only one person can apporve and markup multiple persons cannot markup or approve in parallel and we also need to know who has given the comments and who has approved
Thank you for your additional comments, we still believe this workflow could be supported by the use of additional reviewer functionality in PWDM.

Sorry, I am struggling to understand the requirements here. Could an example workflow diagram or senario be provided.
Individual's response code is being recorded in system. User can see individual response in View History option,too.
But if there are multiple persons and if any person is approving we dont see the exact names as per my testing
