Add new version

When we manually add new version to a document. PWDM bring us back to the top of the list of the document. For a transmission having 10 documents it is OK, but for a transmission having 200+ documents we are force to make a back an forth between the top and the bottom of the list

Practical use of functionality?

It make updating documents easier especially if we need to add new version of a document manually

What is the impact of not doing this?

Reduce the time consuming effort to add new version

    Hello Justine

    I remember we face some issue doing this. It was relate to using folders in a transmission and we had to revert back to folder view to make sure we drop the new version into the correct location under the transmission.

    The bulk require the document to be in teh same folder, whihc in our situation was not the case.

    Let me check if I can revisit this one

    Could you try using bulk update for this? There is "New versions" button at the top of the table. If you bulk selected multiple files it would match them based on their file name with appropriate earlier file versions in the transmission.
