Batch filling comment and other fileds

When we send general correspondence to multiple users, we are not able to propagate the comment to all recipients. Same with Acknowledge and responses

Mark all documents is ticked by default

For a Transmittal has more than one attachments (can be hundreds/thousands documents), the mark all documents should be ticked by default to avoid leaving other documents response pending.

recall a transmisison from a specific recipient
