As of today we can see the additional reviewer and the one send for information only from the transmission history Request by the production team is to expose the those names to the front end and be bale to select which column to display.

Searching Using Document Name/Number Attached to the Transmittal

When user only has the Document Name/Number as reference, there is no way for them to search it in Deliverables Management

To be able to select from the default email notification those that will only be relevant to the project/users

The user will just identify the email notifications that will be relevant/useful to them to minimize the volume of emails they receive. This will also help save memory space in the server

ProjectWise Admins can clearly see when an external user was invited to a project and perhaps by who invited the user.

rather than attachments (which would be uncontrolled once downloaded) it is far better to send a link to a file / set located in PW via transmittal. This could be as a link in the cover letter or an option to go to folder when viewing the transmit...
